Removing the 48V harness

Step 1: Access the Battery Compartment

In the battery compartment, remove the front battery compartment separator. Cut the zip ties that hold the harness in place.

Step 2: Disconnect the IoT Connector

Disconnect the IoT connector.

Step 3: Detach Controller Power Supply Connectors

Detach the controllers 48V power supply connectors (6 pieces).

Step 4: Remove the ECU

Remove the ECU in the electronics compartment:

  1. Disconnect the connectors on the ECU
  2. Detach the M4 nylon nuts and remove the ECU

Step 5: Release the Harness

Cut the zip tie holding the 48V harness in place underneath the ECU.
