Before using a multimeter, read the user manual for your specific multimeter, as different multimeters' operation and functionality.
Only voltage and resistance measurement modes are used In the present Vok vehicles troubleshooting process.
⚠️ Probes must not touch together while performing any measurement on a VOK.
⚠️ The VOK bike frame can not be used as a common ground point for measurements.
Before measuring
- Make sure the probes are connected to the correct ports
- Black probe must be connected to the COM port
- Red probe must be connected to the port with corresponding measuring mode signs.

- Make sure the probes are in good condition. While in resistance measuring mode, put probes together. The measured resistance must be 0 ohms.

When working on a vok, most of the time you are going to be using these 3 settings as covered in this short video:
- DC Voltage - For measuring the voltage of the battery, for example, or if a component is receiving 48V power.
- Resistance - To check for potential shorts.
- Continuity - To check health of wiring.
