Service level agreement (SLA) - use case questionnaire

To help us recommend the right service plan for your VOK Bikes fleet, please answer the following questions. There are no wrong answers - the more detail you can provide, the better we can tailor our recommendation.

Usage intensity

1. How many hours per day will the bike be in active use?
2. How many days per week will it operate, and is usage seasonal or year-round?
3. What is the estimated distance covered per day, week or month?

Load and conditions

1. What is the typical payload weight per trip?
2. What type of terrain or roads will the bike operate on? (e.g. flat urban (bike paths), rough urban (cobblestone roads), mixed, hilly etc.)
3. Will the bike be used in rain or harsh weather conditions regularly?

Fleet and operators

1. How many bikes will be in the fleet?
2. How many different riders/operators will use each bike?
3. Will riders receive formal training, or will usage be self-directed?

Charging and storage

1. Where will the bikes be stored and charged overnight?
