A reference guide for service partners and potential service providers.
Q1. What service documents are there?
VOK provides a comprehensive set of service documentation accessible via a shared Notion portal, which we'll give you direct access to. It covers all major vehicle systems and includes inspection guides, step-by-step repair procedures, parts catalogues with exploded diagrams, and an interactive troubleshooting tool at vokbikes.com/mechanics-zone. Our documentation library is actively growing — we're continuously adding new guides and updating existing ones as the platform matures.
Q2. Are there repair procedure videos?
Yes, we have a small number of video guides publicly available on the VOK Bikes YouTube channel covering general use, pre-ride inspection, cleaning, maintenance checklist, and brake work. They don't cover every repair job, but we're actively adding more. Written guides and the Mavenoid troubleshooting tool cover what the videos currently don't.
Q3. Can staff be sent for training, or can a VOK staff member come to train on-site?
Yes, training can be arranged either on-site or at our facilities, depending on location and operational setup. This is discussed and agreed separately with each service partner or customer on a case by case basis.
Q4. Does VOK have a direct service support line for mechanics?
Yes. Every service partner gets access to a dedicated Aftersales channel on Slack for ongoing support and communication. We also have a WhatsApp line available for calls when needed. Our team is available during regular working days and hours.
Q5. Warranty on parts and electrical items?
Warranty periods are as follows:
