Orders can be placed directly on vokbikes.com. You can place an order on vokbikes.com by following the instructions on the screen after clicking on the desired item. You can check and correct input errors in your order by clicking on your desired payment option in the shopping cart checkout process. When you place an order for goods through vokbikes.com by clicking on the payment option, your order is deemed to be an offer to us to order the goods in your shopping basket at the time of checkout. The sales contract [hereinafter sales contract or contract] is formed when Vok Bikes accepts the order. The order will only be confirmed after full prepayment of the order.
The sales contract will be entered into English on vokbikes.com at the time of ordering. Please note that Vok will preserve the text of the contract (the invoice together with the then-current Terms and Conditions), which will remain available to you through our e-mail [email protected]
Components used in our bikes may, from time to time change without prior notice. Please verify the components used in our bikes using our site before ordering.
Payment methods
We must receive Your payment before your order can be processed, and the goods can be dispatched.
We will acknowledge receipt of Your order by sending you an automatically generated email confirmation accepting your order. With this email, the sales contract will be concluded.
The contract will relate only to those specific products listed in our email confirming our acceptance of your order. You should read and check the details in this email to ensure they are correct. After we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply the products that conform to these Terms and Conditions. After accepting an order, Vok Bikes is entitled to cancel the order without stating its reasons according to our cancellation policy. In such a case, Vok Bikes is obligated to refund the payment You made.
Vok vehicles, add-ons, and spare parts are sold exclusively on vokbikes.com, by our distributors, and on any sales channels with an official presence by Vok. Any other third-party retailers selling Vok Bikes products are strictly unofficial. We accept no liability or responsibility for any third-party services or for the content of third-party advertisements, including, without limitation, any error, omission, or inaccuracy contained in their offers or for any loss or damage that may arise from such offers.
According to our cancellation policy, if You placed the order and paid as a private individual, You have the right to cancel your order before the product has been shipped out from Vok premises in Tallinn, Estonia. In such a case, Vok must refund the payment 14 days after the cancellation notice. You also have a right to return your order according to section 5 of these Terms and Conditions and our cancellation policy. As stated below in our cancellation policy, this right to cancel the order does not extend to business customers.
All prices on vokbikes.com are quoted in euros.
The net prices of our products include value-added tax (VAT). We ship inside the European Union to the United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, except for EU-Outermost Regions (ORs), Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar, and UK Crown Dependencies.
