COVERAGE

Our warranty covers Vok Bikes [produced by Optigon OÜ, registered in Estonia with company number 14424376] electric cargo bikes and their components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

DURATION

The warranty for our bikes starts from the delivery of the vehicle from Vok Bikes [or a shipping provider] to the purchaser, and the warranty period is:

• 60 months [or 75,000 km, whichever comes first] for the mainframe;
• 24 months [or 30,000 km, whichever comes first] for the drivetrain incl. battery;
• 12 months for all other components, excluding consumables.

Consumables are components subject to normal wear and tear and may require periodic replacement due to environmental conditions, calendar ageing, vibration, storage conditions, and regular usage. These include: Tires and tubes Brake pads Rod ends Bearings Fasteners Seals Handgrips Buttons and throttle lever Pedals Brake levers Seat pads

WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify Vok Bikes within 21 days of discovering the defect. The customer must provide the original proof of purchase, i.e. the invoice, description of the defect, and photos and/or videos of the defect.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from

1. Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the electric bike
2. Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or alterations
3. Normal wear and tear, including tire wear, brake pads, and normal deterioration of paint or finishes
4. Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or improper storage
5. Use of the electric bike in a manner inconsistent with the user manual or intended purpose
6. Failure to perform regular maintenance as outlined in the user manual.
