📌 Vok XL is either

• Shipped on a pallet in a large truck to a terminal outside of the city centre and then using a smaller van to Customer location:
  • Pallet plus Vok weight: ~250 kg
  • Pallet plus Vok measurements: L:345 x W:95 x H:200 cm

• Shipped directly on a smaller truck/van without pallets directly to the Customer location:
  • Vok weight ~240 kg
  • Vok measurements L:324 x W:93 x H:184 cm

📌 This means that either:

• The delivery location will need to have a forklift on site or

• A docking station on-site or

• Ramps on site to push the bike off the smaller van [pic below] or

• We would need to find a last-mile delivery partner with the following capacity:

• Luton van [the lower, the better], like this:

📌 Placing the bikes on the van would mean the Customer itself or a local Vok rep [in London only] removing them from the pallets at the logistics terminal, pushing them on and getting them off the van using the ramps and manpower.
